1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading or using verseflow, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

2. Services

VerseFlow offers faith-based content including daily Bible verses, guided prayers, intention setting, breathing techniques, and streak tracking. Features may evolve over time.

3. Accounts

You must be 13 or older to create an account
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure
You must provide accurate information when registering
You may not share your account with others

4. Subscriptions & Payments

Free Trial:

VerseFlow offers a 3-day free trial for new subscribers
Cancel anytime during the trial to avoid charges

Subscription Plans:

Monthly: $10.99/month
Annual: $95.88/year ($7.99/month - Save 27%)

Billing Terms:

Subscriptions are billed through Apple's App Store
Payment charged to Apple ID at confirmation of purchase
Auto-renews unless canceled at least 24 hours before the renewal date
Account charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to end of current period
Manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple ID account settings

Refunds:

All refunds are handled directly by Apple per App Store policy
To request a refund, visit reportaproblem.apple.com

5. Personalization

You may choose themes, toggle sound and haptics, track streaks, and customize your experience. Settings changes are stored to personalize your experience and sync across your devices.

6. User Conduct

You agree not to:

Misuse verseflow or attempt unauthorized access
Engage in activity that disrupts the app or its servers
Share your account credentials with others
Use the app for any unlawful purpose

7. Intellectual Property

All content, designs, and code in verseflow are owned by NinetyFive AI, LLC. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use the app for personal, non-commercial purposes.

9. Disclaimer

verseflow is for informational and spiritual growth purposes only. We do not provide medical, mental health, or professional advice. Always seek appropriate professional guidance for health, mental wellness, or emergency needs.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, NinetyFive AI, LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of verseflow.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms. You may terminate by deleting your account within the app or uninstalling the app.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Updates will be posted in the app and at https://verseflow.app/terms. Continued use means you accept the new Terms.
